In todays video I will be unboxing a new set of colored pencils I bought to try, Marco Renoir fine art colored pencils. This set is 100 colored pencils.

After recording this video I was able to try these colored pencils out and I am pretty impressed with them. They are an oil based pencil but they seem to have a feel of both oil and wax based. They have very little pencil "dust" and seem to layer fairly well. You do need to apply more pressure with these pencils. They dont hold a point as well as Faber-Castell polychromos. If you were to mix polychromos, prismacolor pencils and caran d'ache luminance pencils together you would get this pencil. Overall I really like these pencils and the price is excellent. The color variety is pretty impressive but some of them are very similar. I got my set off of amazon.
