Building a Hugelkultur Raised Bed

We are going to try Hugelkultur Raised Beds - a process of burying logs underground and using the moisture soaked up during the winter to feed the plants throughout the summer's hottest periods. Here is a quick video covering the process we used for our three Hugels (Hills).
