Cultivating Chi Energy - The Best Ideas from Mantak Chia

In his book, "Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy," Mantak Chia writes: The universe is filled with different kinds of dynamic energy, or "chi." The Tao, or "way," for each man is to creatively transform his energy over a course of a lifetime back to its original state of harmonious balance.

While I'm a bit better versed in the Hindu tenets behind the NoFap movement, I was intrigued to learn of the Taoist perspective of semen retention pushed forward by Mantak Chia.
