How to cut speaker cutouts in your helmet.

In today's video we are going to see how to cut speaker cutouts in your helmet. If you have a helmet with no speaker cutouts or have upgraded to 45mm speakers, such as with the Cardo JBL ones, then this video may be helpful to you. It's not particularly difficult to do, but be careful with the soldering iron, as virtually every part of your helmet is synthetic and can easily melt! Also be accurate when measuring where your ear canal meets the helmet liner to maximize the quality and sound of your speakers.
Good luck!
