'Numbers continue to get worse': Biden administration going through 'tough' time
It has been a tough recent period for the Biden administration with polling numbers in the US continuing to get worse, says former White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney.
Speaking to Sky News Australia, Mr Mulvaney discussed recent US polling and how the Biden administration is faring.
"Certainly, it's been a tough couple of weeks – if not couple of months – for the Biden administration," Mr Mulvaney said.
"The numbers continue to get worse."
Mr Mulvaney said people are still "feeling the pinch when they go to the grocery store, when they go to buy a new car, when they go to rent an apartment or a home".
"The Biden team has lost 10 or 15 points against Trump in the last couple of weeks and it's continuing to get worse."
