Tight Inner Thighs? Adductor Massage & Stretching Technique

In this video, I demonstrate massage techniques and a stretch for the adductor muscle group — adductor longus, adductor brevis, adductor magnus, gracilis, and pectineus. These inner thigh muscles play a major role in hip stability, posture, and lower body movement. Tight or restricted adductors can contribute to hip pain, groin discomfort, and limited mobility.

This short session is designed to help improve flexibility, increase circulation, and restore proper function to the inner thigh region.
