Overwatch: Brigitte Baptiste & Mei BUFFED! - Widowmaker NERFED!

Baptiste and Mei are getting fundamental buffs to their kit making them have higher impact or uptime and McCree Baptiste Brigitte and Widow are having their base health buffed and nerfed in order to adjust their power level. Health totals breaks 'breakpoints' the most important math in the game, so these changes are really difficult to get a grip on in terms of what they'll actually effect for the individual heroes, their matchups and the meta on the whole.
