Andy and Gail find a teenage boy tied up in a trunk on a routine highway search, and are confused when the victim defends the incident as a harmless prank. Later, it's revealed that Alex is transgender, and his kidnapper was in fact his love-interests brother who is against their relationship. Alex, Traci, and Gail must rush to save Alex's life before he makes a terrible mistake!
