If you take an empty bottle and shake a teaspoon of isopropyl Alcohol around in it while covering the entrance, the fumes evaporate into the air in the bottle. By shaking out the extra alcohol, you add oxygen for the reaction. Hold a form of flame to the mouth, and the fumes will ignite inside and have nowhere to go except out through the opening.
