Mini crocheted Hopping Bunnies Easter RAOCK project

Individual Hopping Bunnies
designed by Lisa Hounshell using Breakaway Crochet Method techniques

Written instructions:

Begin bunny: Floating double crochet, dc in ring.
First foot: ch 3, (2 dc, slst) in last dc.
Belly: 5 dc in ring.
Second foot: ch 3, (2 dc, slst) in last dc.
Chest: 4 dc in ring.

Pause work on body section and work head section:
Begin head: Floating single crochet, sc into ring. Connect head to body by skipping 1 dc on chest, slst into next st.
Snout: (Hdc, dc, hdc) into ring.
Forehead: 2 sc into ring.
First ear: sc into ring, ch 4, slst into second ch from hook, sc in next 2 chs, slst into top of next sc.
Second ear: as for first ear.
Finish head: slst in gap between head and body.
Resume work on body section:
Back and rump: 3 hdc into ring, 2 dc into ring.
Tail: ch 3, stst into last dc.
slst into next dc to “close” the body.
fasten off yarn.
