جولة من داخل مصنع مرسيدس و نتابع مراحل تجميع شاحنات مرسيدس اكتروس ام بي 4
بدءا من المحرك و الفحص الظاهرى له و تدوين اى ملاحظات ثم متابعة مراحل تجميع الكابينة وعمليات اللحام المختلفة لها بواسطة الانسان الآلى و تركيب التابلوه و الزجاج الأمامى و الأبواب و توصيل الاسلاك الكهربية ثم ننتقل بع ذلك لتجميع الشاسيه المعدنى للشاحنة و تربيط المسامير و تركيب الكارونة وأجزاء العفشة (نظام التعليق) و تربيط خراطيم الهواء و تانك السولار
و بعد ذلك نتابع تثبيت المحرك على الشاسيه و تثبيبت الانتركولر و ثم بعد ذلك يقوم بوضع الكابينة و تثبيت الشبكة الامامية
و تركيب اطارات الكاوتش و تربيطها و نلاحظ عدم قيام اى عامل برفع اى جزء ؛ حيث ان كل عمليات الرفع تكون بواسطة اوناش داخل خط التجميع و دورالعامل فقط هو توجيه و التحكم فى الونش
و تأتى مرحلة الاختبار حيث تدخل الشاحنة تحت دش من الماء الغزير و يتم متابعة الكابينة من الداخل و التأكد من عدم تسريب المياه لداخل الكابينة
و بعد ذلك تتجه الشاحنه لمرحلة أخرى من الفحص مرحله فحص الشاحنة على سرعات مختلفه و ذلك بواسطة جهاز يقوم بتدوير الاطارات بسرعات مختلفة و كأنها تسير على الطريق.....!
