CELL 25 - Machining 40T Shafts in the Haas Factory - Haas Automation Inc.

We take a dive into how we turn and mill 40 Taper Spindle Shafts in one of our robot cells here in the Haas Factory. As you'll see, this cell has been going for quite awhile now, but even though the machines are a little older they are still making great parts and keeping up with our steady flow of production.

This is first step in making spindle shafts with heat treat, hard turn, and grinding still to come.
