Corporate Kit by Corp USA. Your Corporate Kit is comprised of the Binder and Binder Slip Case. Inside the Binder you will find the Corporate Seal inside it's leather case. A sample of the Seal has been added for you to inspect. To use your Corporate Seal, begin by taking it out of the case. After that, slide the Seal Head out of the housing and hold the Head with the 'Up Side' up. Then, simply slide it into place in the front of the Seal before use. To store, pinch the Seal Head and pull it away from the main body. Then, place it in the back of the unit. Ensure to 'Lock' seal for storage. The Binder Documents are sealed and ready for use. You will find the sorting instructions on the top of the stack. Your Corporation Stock Certificates are also included and are found on the bottom of the stack. Your Company name will be printed in place of our website's URL. The Binder Tabs include: The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Minutes, Stock Certificates, Transfer Ledger, and a tab for Miscellaneous Forms and Permits.
