Episode: Kris Phillips (Chinese Name Fei Xiang) - Singer
Kris Phillips shot to fame in China when he performed two songs at China Central Television's Spring Festival Gala in 1987. His voice has become the memory of a whole generation of Chinese. During his interview with Yue-Sai, he talks about his American father and Chinese mother and their head-turning marriage in the last century. He values the unique advantage the bi-cultural environment he grew up in gave to his career spanning Broadway and Chinese pop.
