cream:
liquid cream -250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
yogurt -300 g (10.6 oz)
cheese cream -200 g (7 oz)
lemon juice -2 tablespoons
hydrated gelatine -15 g (½ oz)
pomegranate glaze:
pomegranate juice -200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
sugar - 70 g (2.47 oz)
starch -15 g (½ oz)
Tray diameter: 22 cm (8.66 in)
In the fridge :30 min
