Installation of WeMacro rail and new android control

New features：
WeMacro rail can be installed in few minutes.
More convenient for user to operate with new android control program. In “start to end” mode: it can calculate automatically how many steps to take .User only need to set where is starting point and where is ending point and input the step length(Usually,it's shorter than lens' DOF).The program will do the rest of work.
It will also indicate how long time it will take.
Distance mode：User can input total distance and step length the program will calculate how many steps will take. If you change step length, the number of steps will change automatically.
The program can load or save parameters for different lens or applications.
