Northern Ontario Off Grid Hunt Camp : Canvas Tent Camping and Moose Hunting

4 guys embark on a Northern Ontario moose hunting trip. We knew there was already snow on the ground and more in the forecast. The challenge was upon us to find a place to set up a canvas tent, gather firewood for the wood stove, and get out looking for the elusive moose. Camp was set up on a river that hosted a gold rush back in the 1930’s. We cooked our meals on the wood stove and even had a fish fry outside on our last night. I spotted a pair of older tracks from the canoe. The moose held tight where we could not get to them due to multiple snow storms that passed through.
