Labor has blasted Rishi Sunak's 'raw deal', accusing the Tories of leaving families £1,200 worse off, despite a 2% reduction in National Insurance contributions coming into force from tomorrow. It comes as the Prime Minister says he expects the general election to take place later this year, quashing rumours of a May election.
