There are two main reaosns why the troy bilt pony lawn mower won't start. 1 Bad ground at starter and also the battery ground. #2 The OHV valves need adjusted. The first & only video I saw that suggested running your jumper cable from the ground of the starter to the negative post of your battery and this was on this channel ( The How To Channel ).
