A modest power gain and a little bit more throaty exhaust note. Nothing over the top. Can someone make a tune for this car? :-)

ATLP J-pipe and post-cat (third cat) delete. Mandrel bent tubing, efficient collector design. The only performance modification I know of available in the U.S. for the 2007-2009 Acura MDX with 3.7 litre J series motor.
