How To Make Better Real Estate Investment Decisions // This year will mark my tenth year in the real estate industry, and while that’s nothing compared to guys who have had 30+ year careers in the space, at this point I’ve seen and been through enough to start to see some patterns.

Whether that’s through seeing how some of the most successful and seasoned investors in the industry look at deals in institutional investment committee meetings, or through the ups and downs of my own real estate investing mistakes and successes, I've found there are some common threads used in the decision-making process among deals that have worked out well, which have been overlooked or ignored on deals that haven't.
