Andhra Pradesh State Forensic Science Laboratory – Amaravati

India’s 8th Forensic Lab is taking shape in the Amaravati capital city, with the 5-acre campus at Thullur progressing steadily. The Primary Block structure stands completed, while works across Blocks B & C are advancing in a phased manner.

The facility will house core capabilities including DNA profiling, cyber forensics, and toxicology, along with dedicated divisions for narcotics analysis and ballistic research—further strengthening institutional infrastructure within Amaravati’s planned capital framework.
