Using Raised Garden Beds planting vegetables and more with the Kids

Come join us in getting our raised garden beds set up for the upcoming 2022 season. Our second season and loving them!
Kids have a blast playing in the dirt, finding worms, and helping get the planting done. This year we had a lovely batch of started veggies: pepper, eggplant, tomato, cucumber, celery. In addition we planted some sunflowers, peas, beans and carrots.
A HOMESTEAD GARDEN IN THE CITY can be as simple as a container garden; or it space allows consider putting in raised garden beds, or designating a space as a full on garden that you can forage out of all season long.
