Protracker Tutorial - Episode 05 - Vibrato (The 4 command)

Vibrating notes with the 4 command.

Tech stuff about the “brown line”: Your sound may get distorted if you go over the note A#3(+4) == B-3(-4) … in track #4 … The number in parentheses is finetune.

Yup, that’s right, there is a difference between the tracks, but track #4 is the most sensitive one, so play by these rules.

If you for some reason want to vibrate with the maximum depth of 4xF, the highest note you can use is F#3(+5) == G-3(-3) to dodge this brown line. This vibrato will probably sound terrible anyway, but hey, who am I to judge? :)
