Hakka Style Sweet Baked Pork Bun using Indian Paratha or bread. Indo-chinese fusion

How do I make a bun without using the dough ? USE INDIAN PARATHA instead ! Fusioning the two item up is really my grandma's ideas but the result is so tasty and good . If you dont believe me , try it out yourself ! It is simple delicious .

Also its easier and quick .

Ingredient list:
Pork with fat : 1 LB/ 500 gm
Onion : 1 med
5 spice powder : 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce : 6 teaspoon
Sugar : 6-8 tablespoon
Salt : 2 teaspoon
Paratha / Indian bread : 8 pieces
Egg york for brushing : 2
