Pa Tong Go is one of famous Thailand street food, which you can find in almost anywhere in Thailand. Basically, this is the same as Chinese doughnut, only different in size. and here is my recipe.

450g all purpose flour
3tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
2tsp sugar
1 egg
280ml water
3tbsp oil

Pandan Custard
1tbsp corn flour
3tbsp sugar
2 egg yolk
1/2 tsp pandan paste
1tbsp condensed milk
300ml coconut milk/ full cream milk

280ml air
3sdm minyak

Pandan Custard
1sdm maizena
3sdm gula
2 kuning telur
1/2sdt pandan
1sdm susu kental manis
300ml santan / susu cair
