In this video, I will show you how you can create an appointment chatbot using ManyChat and Calendly for Facebook messenger.

I will show you:
- How to make an Appointment Booking flow
- How you can connect ManyChat to Calendly using Zapier
- And how to send a confirmation of the appointment in ManyChat (compliant with the Facebook rules!)

Website address for your "Make Appointment" button
In ManyChat, you need to create a button that links to your Calendly calendar.

The benefit of Calendly is that you can add parameters (such as the name and email) so that the form is automatically pre-filled.

This is how mine looks:

Of course, you need to change the Calendly link to your own Calendly booking link.

Connect ManyChat to Calendly
To connect ManyChat to Calendly, we are using Zapier.

Zapier is a platform that allows you to connect two software applications without using any code.

In Zapier, we are going to make a Zap that consists of 3 parts:
1. A trigger that starts when an appointment is created
2. An action that matches the email of the user with a ManyChat user
3. An action that sets "Appointment Date" custom field in ManyChat to the date of the appointment.

- ManyChat Pro account. Because we are using User Input and Conditions, you need to have ManyChat Pro. You can use this link: Manychat.com
