Neck Strikes

We look at an example of a neck strike from the rear--on the basketball court. The result was an instant knock out. We will look at how it was executed and the result; how to practice safely with a training partner; and finish with a caution that is a potentially lethal strike and should only be used in a life or death situation--not on the court or any other social context.
