Are Cheap ND Filters Really Worth It?

This episode ended up taking me 2 weeks to complete due to the crappy weather we've had here in souther California.

With that being said, so far I'm loving the Gobe ND filter AND CPL.
I'll check in in a week or so and let you know how Ive liked them and if I noticed anything new.
I'm also still getting used to this new color profile so the learning curve is HUGE right now!
