Florina was born in Deva and she grew up in a beautiful family who taught her how to live life with passion and creativity. She has always been attracted to people and new experiences, that's why she explored law, PR, advertising, communication, theatre and stepped out of the box to set up and promote an innovative project dedicated to women -- "Women's Academy".

Launched in 2012, "Women's Academy" is the first national educational project designed for women, that aims to build up the most complete women community from Romania, a community in which women learn, grow and share knowledge and experiences together.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
