When Aaron first met Roni, he was instantly in love. He put it into his mind that she was the one for him. But Aaron knew that Roni wasn’t ready for love, nor did she think of Aaron in that way. So Aaron settled as being her best friend. They went on countless “best friend dates” and had the best time together. Two years later, Aaron still loved Roni, so, he asked her if she wanted to go out on a “not best friend date.” Roni didn’t know how to react, her emotions and feelings were all over the place. So she did the only thing she could think of, run away. After regrouping herself she went back to Aaron. She replied with, “Naw, I don’t wanna go out, but I’d love to say in.” That night, after two years, Aaron knew that waiting that long was worth it.
