Earlier this year I reviewed the T2 and T3 hot swappable battery head straps from Binbok VR for the Quest 2 and the Quest 3. While I really liked them overall there was one pretty significant flaw with the ratcheting mechanism that stopped me from giving them my full recommendation. After my initial review video I did some investigating to see if I could fix the problem I was having with the ratcheting mechanism and ended up designing and 3D printing my own upgraded gear to fix it. After that I went on about my life as normal until a couple months ago, to my surprise, I got an email from Binbok VR! They said they'd seen my videos and wanted me to take a look at their latest head strap for the Quest 3 and Quest 3S in which they'd addressed the flaw with their ratcheting gear as well as upgraded a few other things on the head strap. I obviously accepted their offer and now I'm here to share with all of you what exactly is different and if it is indeed an improvement upon their previous designs.
