Godrej Properties' Executive Chairman Pirojsha Godrej joins in on ET NOW to discuss how they are earning panned out in the quarter gone by and the kind of visibility that they see especially in light of all that the Maharashtra Government is doing to try and prop up realty sales because a large part of their sales comes from this region.

He says, 'Many projects are in the launch pipeline and we are enabling resolution for fundraising so far.' He also mentions, 'Most smaller developers faced with constraints. While talking about bringing in new business, he mentioned that they are actively looking for acquisition of land parcels and that they are also looking at new development opportunities.'
