This week, one of our viewers asked why he has been having issues consistently throwing the ball.

Most of the time, this is happening because of faulty throwing mechanics.

If a ball is overthrown, you're shoulder is usually leaning back at the time of release. This exaggerates the throw upward a bit more.

If your foot movement is wrong at the time of the throw, particularly the release, they can affect your rotational movement and cause the ball to be under thrown, or simply inaccurate.
