HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN PASTA SALAD⬇️
400 cals + 34g protein!!

currently on a postpartum weight loss journey after having my fourth baby! I lost over 100 pounds after having my third without cutting out any food groups… more delicious and high protein recipes are available on my website allthingslexington.com!

what ya need:
3 oz uncooked @enjoybrami protein pasta
6 oz rotisserie chicken
1 orange bell pepper
2 mini cucumbers
10 teeny tiny tomatoes
⅓ cup corn
½ oz @bienasnacks sea salt chickpeas
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Agilo olio seasoning
dressing:
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 ½ tsp water
½ tbsp olive oil
Italian seasoning

serves 2. 400 cals + 34g protein per serving!
cook pasta, chop chicken into bite sized pieces and finely dice veggies. mix all dressing ingredients and combine it all! divide into 2 servings. I swear it’s even better the next day! great for meal prep and can easily double the recipe!
