Recognizing Jesus | St. Peter's Fireside | Sunday Morning Live Service

We gather on Sundays at 10am Pacific Time online and in-person at UBC Robson Square (800 Robson) in Vancouver, BC. If you're able, we invite you to come visit us in-person!

Hosea preached on Luke 24:13-53 about how to see and recognize Jesus in our Christian life and worship. The disciples looked at Jesus in front of their eyes, but couldn't recognize him. But Jesus opens their spiritual eyes, so that He would be recognized in the opening of the Scriptures, in the breaking of bread, and as the crucified Lord. Like the disciples, when our eyes are opened to recognize Christ's presence in the Bible, in Communion, and on the cross, we will truly become His witnesses.
