Turnê de despedida, o KISS se apresentou na grande FLorianópolis, dia 25 de abril de 2023 em São José-SC Brasil, com realização da Opus Entretenimento e Mercury Concerts
Formada em Nova York, em 1973, por Paul Stanley e Gene Simmons o KISS criou alguns dos maiores clássicos do rock, como “Rock And Roll All Nite”, “Detroit Rock City”, “I Love It Loud”, “Love Gun”, “Shout It Out Loud”, entre outros. Em mais de quatro décadas, a banda vendeu milhões de álbuns e seus shows repletos de efeitos especiais e pirotecnia lotaram arenas de todo o mundo criando uma legião de fãs conhecida como Kiss Army.
A primeira passagem da banda pelo Brasil foi em junho de 1983, durante a The Creatures of the Night Tour para shows em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Belo Horizonte. O grupo voltaria em agosto de 1994 para uma única apresentação na primeira edição do festival Monster of Rock, em São Paulo. Em 1999, durante a Psycho Circus Tour, o KISS fez shows em São Paulo e Porto Alegre. Somente 10 anos mais tarde a banda voltaria ao país com a turnê comemorativa de 35 anos de carreira para apresentações em São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro. Em 2012, a banda fez shows em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Porto Alegre como parte da turnê do álbum Monster.
On their farewell tour, KISS performed in the greater FLorianópolis area on April 25, 2023 in São José-SC Brazil, organized by Opus Entretenimento and Mercury Concerts.
Formed in New York in 1973 by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, KISS created some of rock's greatest classics, such as “Rock And Roll All Nite”, “Detroit Rock City”, “I Love It Loud”, “Love Gun”, “Shout It Out Loud”, among others. In more than four decades, the band has sold millions of albums and their shows full of special effects and pyrotechnics have packed arenas all over the world, creating a legion of fans known as the Kiss Army.
The band's first visit to Brazil was in June 1983, during The Creatures of the Night Tour for concerts in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. The group returned in August 1994 for a single performance at the first edition of the Monster of Rock festival in São Paulo. In 1999, during the Psycho Circus Tour, KISS played shows in São Paulo and Porto Alegre. It wasn't until 10 years later that the band returned to the country with their 35th anniversary tour for shows in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. In 2012, the band played shows in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre as part of the Monster album tour.
