The country director of IGNOU Dr. Umesh Chandra Pandey who heads 56 centres and 2000 study centres PAN India solves queries about the biggest Open University Indira Gandhi National Open University. He says that there are about 35 lakh students that includes both Indian and foreign students. He speaks to the host of the PCTI podcast about the flexibility of IGNOU that is there is a minimum and maximum time of completion of any course in IGNOU, without any fine. There are two admission cycles one is January cycle and another is July cycle that has already begun and the last date is 31st July for the submission of form.
