Two things I do when my neck feels tight after a long day at the desk

1️⃣ Shoulder circles
Big, slow circles forwards and back.
This gets the upper traps and the top of the neck moving again.

2️⃣ Trigger ball release
Place the ball against the wall and lean into the areas of tension across the upper back and neck.
Slow, controlled pressure. Let it sit on the tight spots.

Essentially a self-massage you can do at home.
