Most people think Airbnb income comes from owning properties.
But for us, it came from building relationships with landlords.
When we first started, we didn’t have a portfolio, large savings, or any properties of our own.
We were both working in recruitment and looking for something that could give us more freedom and scalability.
Buying property felt out of reach at the time.
So we approached it differently.
Instead of asking, “What can we buy?”
We asked, “Who already owns properties we can work with?”
That shift changed everything.
Through Airbnb management, we partner with landlords and run their properties as short-term rentals.
They keep ownership.
We handle everything else.
From listing setup and pricing, to bookings, guest communication, cleaning, and operations.
In return, we earn a percentage of the revenue each property generates.
That means every landlord we bring on becomes another income stream.
For example, even a few properties can generate hundreds to thousands per month.
And when you repeat that process consistently, it compounds.
That’s how we’ve grown to 85+ Airbnb units, and at one point generated £230K in a single month across the portfolio.
And we didn’t need to own the properties to do it.
