🥘 Drumstick Curry – Detailed Recipe
📋 Ingredients:
2-3 drumsticks (cut into 2-inch pieces)

1 onion (finely chopped)

2 tomatoes (chopped)

1 green chili (slit)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

¼ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1½ tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

½ tsp mustard seeds

½ tsp cumin seeds

A few curry leaves

2 tbsp grated coconut (optional)

Water as needed

Fresh coriander for garnish

🔥 Instructions:
Prepare Drumsticks:

Wash and cut the drumsticks into 2-inch pieces.

Sauté Base:

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for a minute.

Add Tomatoes & Spices:

Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until soft and mushy.

Add turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder. Mix well.

Cook Drumsticks:

Add drumstick pieces and salt.

Add water to cover the drumsticks halfway.

Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until drumsticks are tender.

(Optional) Add Coconut:

Add grated coconut and simmer for 2-3 more minutes for extra flavor.

Final Touch:

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
