LIVE – MPs debate and vote on amendments to Prime Minister’s deal for leaving EU: 29 January 2019

In another big day in the House of Commons, MPs will discuss and vote on the next steps on Brexit. From around 12 : 45 GMT, MPs will debate amendments selected by the Speaker, John Bercow.

Steve Barclay, the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, will open the debate after any urgent questions or other statements in the Commons Chamber on other business.

Prime Minister Theresa May is expected to close the debate with a speech from about 18 : 30 GMT, before voting on the various selected amendments gets underway from 19 : 00 GMT.
