Preheat water 205 degrees fahrenheit.

Rinse the filter with hot water.

Pour out the hot water

Place chemex with a filter on the scale. Tare the scale.

Place coffee in the filter, then add 150 grams of water

Stir grounds to saturate

After 45 seconds have passed, add water in a gentle spiral to reach 450 grams

At 1:45, complete to 640 grams of water

Let it brew and enjoy!
