Project Overview:
CPS Mobile is a digital system that helps Ugandan citizens report crimes, upload tamper-proof evidence, track their cases in real time, and send emergency SOS alerts. It works on both smartphones and basic phones through USSD code *384*99932#.

Core Innovations:
• SHA-256 cryptographic hashing for evidence tamper detection
• Dual-platform access (Smartphone App + USSD for basic phones)
• Real-time case tracking with status updates
• SOS emergency system with GPS location
• Structured police workflow (Station Officer → Commander → Investigator → HQ)
