Here’s what you’ll need:

* Stuffed Salmon Ingredients:
Fresh Salmon Filets
2 Bags of Spinach
4-8oz Cream Cheese
2 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Crushed Red Peppers
1 TSP Creole Seasoning
2 TSP Olive Oil
2-4 TSP Blackened Cajun Seasoning
2 handfuls of Parmesan Cheese
Lemon Wedge for Garnish
* Whipped Potatoes
Red Potatoes
2 Cups Whipping Cream
3 TBSP Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Salt for taste
Handful of Parmesan Cheese
