What makes a good development? Property development is an extremely lucrative property strategy as a property investor. We worked with a local property developer and my fellow business partner and property expert Dan with this property development. The gross profit for this deal was £394,000!

An important thing to remember though is that this is then split down between partners! For us, this was a great deal, with a key focus on what we could learn from it!
