On March 12th, 1995 the citizens of Pulaski Tennessee would be horrified over the morning murder of 20 year old Jason Bowen by his own uncle.

Thomas “Red” McCluskey was a town boogeyman for years but actual violence save some scuffles in his youth had been non existent. What caused this violence?
