Marvel: Avengers Alliance - Defeat ARCADE without the "ARMS" set (less than 40%)

As you know, the combo power of four, reactor arc, electrostatic arm and galvanic arm doesnt work anymore...so Its kind of difficult to beat the Grupal Boss without this set of weapons.
Im testing how to defeat Arcade quickly....and this is my 1st Idea about it. Any tech will be appreciated.

Im Using:
Doctor Voodoo lvl 13 (No Iso tested)
Deadpool lvl 13 (Both deadpool Isos)
Agent with Anti Stun Iso, Chaoshot MSG, quantum jumper, mystic and Synthetic cube.

The main idea is to put a lot of debuff on ARCADE, so deadpool can use his last attack to do a lot of damage.
