A bomb threat has prompted a heavy police presence at an Atlanta middle school Thursday afternoon, according to district officials. A spokesperson with Atlanta Public Schools (APS) confirmed a bomb threat was texted to Sylvan Hills Middle School, causing the school to go on an interior lockdown.
