20 min no chill brew. American Pale Ale

To chill or not to chill. we make 2 identical brews, the only difference is on is chilled quickly with an emersion chiller, and the other is slowly chilled in a hot cube.
Becuse we make the same identical brew, we know why one would taste different.
If you would like to make it to, this is my recipie, (freedom units in brackets, converted badly)
4.3kg (9.47 Lbs)Pale malt
360g (.8 Lbs) Munic 1
140g (5 Oz) Caramunich11
70g (2.4 Oz)Acidulated

36g (1.2Oz) Galaxy 20min boil
36g (1.2Oz) Amarillo 7 day dry hop
36g (1.2Oz) Zappa 7 day dry hop
